Most people take their vision for granted, especially if they have never suffered from poor vision. For many, there is no other option except for eye surgery. Other people choose corrective surgery because they are tired of always having to use eyeglasses.
I have very poor vision and a very bad astigmatism. I seem to remember my optician telling me that it would not be a good candidate for Lasik? Can someone tell me why?
I have to wear 2.0 reading glasses for anything close but can see pretty good far away like driving, reading signs, etc. I would really like to improve my close vision and stop wearing the glasses. Can I have Lasik surgery?
