For many people, how they look is a huge part of how they feel about themselves. Feeling beautiful is an integral part of their self-esteem, and they’re willing to go to almost any length to acquire a high level of physical beauty. For others, physical attractiveness is relatively unimportant, and the thought of cosmetic surgery is unattractive or even repulsive. These two groups are often at odds, with one group judging the other as shallow or silly.
i have HUGE ears and i totally hate them…since your ears grow your whole life, by the time im 50 or 60 they’ll be “dumbo-esque.”

As cosmetic surgical operations is in more cases than not a opulent surgery procedure it is key to get it clear in you mind what you want out of it. It is not like acquiring a product that can be returned, cosmetic surgical operations is a life changing experience.
To correct a deformity that she was born with, i.e. breasts, ears, nose, etc. If she was honest with you about the procedures that she had done, would you think that she was “plastic” or fake. How about having children with her? Would part of your decision making consider that [...]
My friend wants to get all this plastic surgery and I completely support it (you can’t make everybody think personality is more important than looks). I don’t think she realizes how much it will cost. She wants a nose job, chin reduction, ear surgery to make her ears less pointy [...]
