A typical plastic surgeon will change anywhere from a few thousand dollars to tens of thousands of dollars for a single procedure, depending upon the scope and complexity of the operation.
Cosmetic surgery is sometimes used interchangeably with the term plastic surgery. This isn’t an entirely accurate use, though, because plastic surgery can be for purely functional reasons.
It seems that with each passing year, a new and improved cosmetic surgery procedure has emerged. Men and women of all ages want cuter noses, larger breasts, more pronounced cheeks, poutier lips, smaller butts, tighter abs, and more taut faces.
Liposuction is among the most popular cosmetic surgery procedures performed today. Although liposuction was first used in correcting only small irregularities of the patient’s body, it is now used in different areas of the body and is now considered as a major procedure.
Not just in the United States, in other countries too. What is restricted and I’ve heard that a physician needs no specialty training in order to practice cosmetic surgery, is that correct?
