I wish the money used on these shows, just for the fact that normal, average looking people are having a hard time living with their looks, would use the money to help those having a hard time living without food, clothing or shelter. People need a reality check. Most of the people on this show just need to get off their arses and exercise and groom themselves and buy new clothes.
i think they both look MUCH better afterwards. Its kind of hard for me to see how some of you think that the guy looked better before…he is much more handsome after the surgery!

I thought the guy looked better before, just needed 2 loose a few pounds maybe. Why do they pick ppl like him? there was nothin wrong with hes look, I look worse, why could they not have picked me, now I have 2 save up tons of cash 2 get my surgeries done

Indeed, the guy was just overweight, he wasn’t bad looking or anything. His face was better before.
He was hotter before. He looked older after his surgery. LaPaula on the other hand is much improved.
