Too bad that Meg Ryan was so vain that she thought she could fix the reality of old age with plastic surgery. She has ruined that sweet smile…….our loss……….
Don’t see any major huge difference, some people just age less gracefully…as long as her lips aren’t in the puffer fish stage of injections, she looks fine.

Meg, where have you gone? If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. Tell your plastic surgeon that your fans want the original Meg Ryan back.
I personally have had plastic surgery and it was very successful. I am 57 years old and had a neck and facelift. I look at least ten years younger and feel so much better emotionally. I don’t think we (as women) have to believe in growing old gracefully.
