Hey guys the skin on my nose is total crap from working out in the sun all day, i can’t seem to get rid of blackheads either, is there a cosmetic surgery to fix or improve the quality of the skin of your nose (don’t mean a rhinoplasty)

If you can get an actual new nose in surgery then id image they can also replace the skin, cosmetically or through skin-graft, but skin products could do the trick and you should consider them first.
