Can you have plastic surgery to remove acne scars? I need a treatment that really works?

plastic surgery
Sam asked:

I have several pink acne scars on my shoulders and chest. I’m afraid I’m going to have to live with bumps and pits in my back for the rest of my life. Is there any type of plastic surgery to remove them, like placing the skin or something? I’m sorry, this is just ruining my life.

That’s really sad to hear it’s ruining your life. I used to have acne but just on my face. It’s gone now but I think that Sudo Cream and getting a bit of a sun tan really helped me. You can get cosmetic surgery to help get rid of acne scars though. You should go to see your doctor who can refer you to a dermatologist. Good luck. x

Yes, there absolutely is, it doesn’t have to ruin your life, it’s not terribly expensive, and it causes very little (if any!) pain. There are several main ways to get rid of acne scars:

*Surgery to cut out the scars (Ice pick scars)
*Botox and fillers injected into the scars (Flatter “crater” scars)
    *Laser treatments (“craters”)

Those are the three basic ways to get rid of acne scars. All of which require a visit to the dermatologist.

You can also try a derma roller, but this increases your risk for infection, and there’s no guarantee it will actually do anything.

I had few deep acne scars and stretch mark scars all over my body. I tried all kinds of creams but none helped. That’s when my dermatologist told me about microdermabrasion- abrading top layer of the skin that includes scars. It doesn’t hurt because those top cells are dead.
She wanted to charge me $200 but I found out the way to do it at home cheaply. Creams that come with those abrading crystals that shed dead cells can be very expensive and you don’t get enough product to treat all scars. After much looking I found this site that sells pure crystals that you mix with your own cream or vitamin e oil. I was surprised by low price because instead of 1oz cream I could get 1lb of crystals and prepare 2lbs of crystal cream and that’s more then enough for the whole body and face.
I received instructions to mix 1 spoon of crystals with 2 spoons of cream or oil (vitamin E, shea butter) and massage this paste in circular motions for couple of minutes. I did this before every other shower for a month and all stretch marks are gone that I had on my boobs, those on my hips and belly faded significantly but will have to continue with treatments for a month or so. Now I can’t wait to go to the beach and not be embarrassed by my body. I love to tell people about this treatment because it really works. Just go to their web site and look at the photos.
P.S. Customer service is super nice to explain and suggests what’s good for your skin type.

Here is a simple tip that you can use to reduce your acne scars and pigmentation.

    The Oil Cleansing Method
    What you will need:
    Warm Water
    Cold Water
    Clean Towels
    Castor Oil
    Olive Oil

The first thing you need to do is to wash your face gently to remove excess dirt and oils from the surface.

You will then need to warm a clean towel in warm water and apply it to your face for 3 minutes. Do the same thing with the cold water but this time for one minute.

Carry out both the warm water and cold water procedure about 3 times but always finish with cold and then pat dry with another clean towel.

Next mix a small amount of castor oil with a small amount of olive oil. A 50/50 ratio will do just fine. Apply the mixture to your skin and let it stay there for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a clean towel and you are good to go.
