My boobs are bigger than my age. It is also bigger than all the parts of my body. My age mates and friends have smaller boobs and it fits them. they wear any shirt they want but i can only wear over size to cover my boobs. so i need help to make the smaller before i go back to school. i don’t want to have plastic surgery. so my fans out there please help me all you can.

Well, if you’re overweight -as in, your BMI says you’re overweight- then losing weight will shrink all of you.

Try push ups and becnh press. Also include aerobic activity. Do these to increase muscle tone and life breasts, and to reduce body fat, including from the breasts.
I seriously caution you against changing to fit the times honey… you sound young and easily influenced- a state which we all went through. what I can say is this and it won’t help because I didn’t believe it either: these things will pass. Over time you will become the norm if not even the envied. Those of us who remember longing to have armpit hair so we could fit in disrobing in the locker room, or hitting puberty so our voices changed have all similarly in your shoes. And NOW it means jack squat. The trust is this: much like a tourist in a foreign city if you’re making yourself stand out by “not acting as though things are normal” you’ll be targeted, if you can even muster the false confidence to simply carry yourself with dignity and pride you’ll be just fine. Boobs are a natural part of the human anatomy. There is no need to seek to alter them unless they are so big that they cause posture problems and associated pain. I wish you luck in seeking this inner peace and I hope what fans you’re speaking of are not your fans simply because of your ample breasts (you sound very young) as this could lead to MORE psychological problems.
There is also no shame in seeking counseling on this matter outside of the Yahoo! answers forum. If you think you need to seek help, please do it. I promise there IS help and you will eventually out grow this awkward phase… please keep us all updated. AND if you receive any unwanted advances over this question please either report it as inappropriate or have someone else do it. I have the same problem i am also 13 and i hate it when people say i had a boob job or something it really hurts. When people tell me they wish they had big boobs well that the only thing that make me fell better. I always tell them i wish i had the smaller boobs so i could uses any type of close like them… I always cry wishing i could have plastic surgery but my mom tells me am to young to have one and that maybe in the future i they could get smaller like hers did when she had me. Girls tell me i should not fell bad that it causes more attention to boys but I really don’t care about what boys think i just want to fell good in my skin…. Help!!!
OMG! I want smaller boobs!! I hate it! im only 13 and i have big ones. everyone says i got a boob job. and if i get sick one day and miss school, they say im out getting bigger ones!. its really annoying! People say its good to have big boobs my age. Well its not! because you know how much times i really liked a boy and we go out for a few months then everyone tells the truth that hes only dating me cause i have boobs! Seriously grow up. it’s not like im gonna let you see them or something! and boys out there stop doing that your wasting your time with someone you probably don’t like!!
