Padded bras could do the trick
La Senza has a beautiful collection of gel cup bras and even give you cleavage.
Your breasts won’t get bigger without plastic surgery, but bras with a significant amount of padding will do the trick, or you can buy cutlets to stick in your bra to fill it out to a larger size.
That said, every girl has a different body, and I think you should embrace what you do have. I have a very large chest, and I HATE it so much.
Drink milk, and there is this excersize that you do that actually works my friend lil did it lol. look it up on google
There are bras out there that enhance your breast size such as water bras and push up bras. Both give your breast that extra fullness while staying natural to the look and touch.
You could buy one at Victoria’s Secret or if you are wanting to stay on the cheaper side, check out Fashion Bug or Wal-Mart.
Look into herbs. There are ones out there that will help, but don’t believe the adds that guarentee it if you buy their product! Look at the herbs themselves, individually. It’ll take a little work to figure out which ones will help you, but try looking into it. There are little tricks that may help, but it’ll take consistency!

try water bra and push up bras. also read up on herbs and other things like that.
To the best of my knowledge, there aren’t any herbs, vitamins, and things like that are effective for increasing breast size. Save your money, don’t buy them for this purpose.
Birth control pills will sometimes increase your size a little, but have their own risks in taking them.
So, other than surgery, I don’t know of any other way.
