i understand if you want to posess cat-like features such as high cheek bones and well defined slanted eyes but you dont go into a surgeon saying i want to look like a car. you say you want higher cheekbones and such that are cat-like. i think the cat feautures are pretty but it will cost lots of money just so you know.
i would never do it, but i think that would be cool! like, how cat like though. a tail and ears? I wanna tail!! I doubt any plastic surgeon would do that, but i have no idea.

You will never find a legitimate plastic surgeon to do that. You can be assured that if you do find someone their surgical skill and safety would be as poor as their judgement.
