there’s never a guarantee, if you go to a good doctor then usually they won’t make mistakes but things can happen
There’s always risks. You have to sign papers and stuff beforehand, just like any other surgery, saying you know that you could die and/or have adverse effects.

there never a guarentee on anything! take a new sofe guaranteed for 5 years, if it breaks you have to get a new one. If your faces goes dodgey you cant get a new face :S
