Why are so many women getting plastic surgery?

There could be an attractive woman who has a perfect body and average chest. But the, she wants surgery to make her “things” bigger and her face.
Women should appreciate their appearance and the body they’re been given.
So why are so many women getting plastic surgery?
because of the beauty and body “ideals” the media has imposed on us.
I think the reason is because women are so insecure now days. Even though we may act like we love our bodies and everything, the truth is.. we are all insecure about something. The media, I think, has a lot to do with it. You know the saying “you always want what you don’t have.”
I myself would not get plastic surgery. Even thought there are things I do not like about my body, I accept them. 
so many women are getting plastic surgery because they dont have good self esteem. They don have enough respect for themselves to appreciate the body that God gave them so they feel that they need to change it so that more people will like and appreciate them. Also, Hollywood has come up with this image of what beautiful is so women believe that they have to look this way to get noticed.
if you can afford it/ than why not/ it helps self esteem
